Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi - Aphrodite Cruise (L, D)

7:30 am to 8:30 am: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Along the way to Halong Bay, we will stop for a short break in an arts and crafts center. Here you are able to watch the product being made and grab a snack to eat.

12:30 pm: Embark for Aphrodite for welcome drinks, followed by the safety briefing.

13:30 pm: Enjoy lunch in the dining room.

15:30 pm: Take a 1-hour cave tour, exploring stalagmite and stalactite formations 

16:30 pm: Participate in our Happy Hour promotion (buy 1, get 1, on house wine, long drinks, beers, soft drinks, canned juice) until

17:30 pm: Attend a cooking demonstration with the chef on the sundeck.

19:30 pm: Have dinner in the dining room.

21:00 pm: Relax with a movie or take part in squid fishing.

Day 2: Aphrodite Cruise - Hanoi 

6:15 am: Practice Tai Chi on the sundeck.

6:45 am: Enjoy a light breakfast buffet. 

7:45 am: Explore Luon Cave by bamboo boat.

9:00 am: Checkout time (guests with heavy luggage can leave bags outside of the cabin and settle accounts at Reception) 

9:45 am: Partake in a full brunch buffet.

10:30 am: Disembark. Check out before 11.30 am.

12:00 pm: Depart Halong Bay for Hanoi.

4:30 pm: We shall drop you back off at your hotel in Hanoi’s old quarter. We hope you had a legendary journey and hope to see you again!

• 7 days prior to check-in: 10% of the total rate

• From 6 to 3 days prior to check in 50% of the total rate.

• Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of the total rate.

• No-Show: 100% of the total rate.

• Refund will take up to 7 working days

Cancellation due to bad weather conditions:

• In the event of bad weather, the Management Board of Halong Bay will assess if a cancellation is necessary on the morning of departure. If such cancellation is necessary we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy
