Amazing Full Day Tour To Perfume Pagoda

Perfume Pagoda is located in Huong Son commune, My Duc district, Hanoi city, about sixty-two kilometers Southwest of Hanoi. Huong Son’s mountains, rivers, and forests make it unique to the great plains of northern Vietnam. This complex of pagodas is set amidst mountains, forests, lakes, and cakes surrounded by vast green plains of rice. 

Perfume Pagoda is one of the highlights of the Hanoi area and one of the most important religious sites in Buddhist Vietnam. Every spring following Tet, the Vietnamese New year, thousands of Vietnamese pilgrims come here to pray for all the health and property they need the get them through the year. The pagoda itself is built into limestone cliffs and can only be reached by boat or on foot, as there are no roads in the area.

07.40 – 08.30 am: Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel located in Hanoi, depart for Perfume Pagoda. It takes around 2 hours by car, you have a short break 20 minutes halfway to relax and experience Vietnamese handicraft products such as lacquer wares, paintings, embroideries,...

Boat to Perfume Pagoda

Upon arrival at Duc pier, we take a boat riding along the river named Yen Vi to enjoy the beautiful landscape of streams and paddy fields. After that, start hiking up to a unique pagoda inside Huong Tich cave on the mountain summit. You will have a feeling of entering the holy land of Buddhism while experience the breath-taking views of surroundings. You will be well guided by the tour guide about the sacred land with unforgettable feelings.

Going back down and enjoy lunch in a local restaurant nearby. Next destination, we visit Thien Tru Pagoda where is also known as Heaven Kitchen Pagoda. Over time, Thien Tru Pagoda has been adorned the drawings for the magnificent natural picture thanks to unique architectural works. Boarding the boat back to Duc Dock and return Hanoi. Drop- off at your hotel. End of the tour.
