Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi to Ba Be Lake (B, L & D)

7.30: We will pick you up from your hotel after your breakfast and transfer to Ba Be lake. We will have a shortstop on the way for the restroom and relax. On the way to Ba Be National Park, you will have several scheduled stops to visiting Tay ethnic minority community, the second largest ethnic group in Vietnam after the Kinh and mostly living by rice cultivation.

12.30: We arrive at your hotel for check-in.

13.00: We will have lunchtime at the restaurant.

14.30: We will start the boat trip to visit Ba Be lake along Nang River to discover Ba Be Lake, Puong Grottoes, the rapids of the Dau Dang Waterfall. These poetic landscapes will bring you a relaxing time with fresh air and a green environment, so don’t forget your camera for nice photos.

 

After that, we will visit Hua Ma cave, a huge grotto with thousands of stalactites. Hua Ma Cave is a huge cavern, situated 350m above sea level and reaching a depth of nearly 700 met. The average ceiling height is 50m, and the width is 30-50m.

18.30: Have a dinner, free time to relax and overnight in Ba Be.

Day 2: Ba Be – Ban Gioc waterfall – Cao Bang City (B, L & D)

7.30: After your breakfast, you'll depart to Trung Khanh that lies on the border with China. This you'll have the opportunity to meet the Nung individuals in the village of Phuoc Sen. The village famous for its traditional blacksmith handicraft. The farming tools made here are a necessary part of the lifestyle that's evident in the surrounding rice paddies fields.

12.30: We will have lunch at the local restaurant.

14.00: We will start to visit Ban Gioc Waterfall which is located among these amazing landscapes is the spectacular Ban Gioc Waterfall. Which spans over 300 meters, half Vietnam and half of China. You'll have time to soak up the strong atmosphere of the drops and take some fantastic pictures.

Then, we will head into another natural wonder of Nguom Ngao Cave. This cave stretches out 2,144 meters underground and it is filled up with incredible stalactites and stalagmites.

Later afternoon, return to Cao Bang town for dinner and overnight here.

Day 3: Cao Bang – Meo Vac Town of Ha Giang Province (B, L & D)

07.00: You will have breakfast at the hotel or the local restaurant then check out.

07.00: Depart to Ha Giang. Along the way, we will enjoy the delightful landscapes of this mountainous land, filled with charming terraced rice fields and magnificent, soaring mountain ranges that dominate the skyline.

12.00: We will stop at the local restaurant for lunch

17.30: Arrive at Meo Vac town for check-in the hotel, have dinner at the local restaurant and overnight here.

Day 4: Meo Vac – Dong Van (B, L & D)

7.30: After your breakfast at the hotel or restaurant then we will start to visit Ma Pi Leng pass which is considered as the most beautiful pass in Vietnam and we keep going along the Nho Que River with many nice places for pictures.

 

9.30: Keep going through the Dong Van town and continue to visit the Lung Cu flag tower.

13.00: We will have lunchtime at the local restaurant in Lung Cu area

14.00: We continue to visit the Mansion of the Vuong family who was the leader of all the ethnic people there. It’s called King of H’Mong people Vuong Chinh Duc.

15.30: We keep going to visit Pao's house in Sung La village

18.00: We return to Dong Van town or Pho Cao with spectacular Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark to check-in and relax.

19.00: Having dinner and free to explore Dong Van Old Town. Overnight here.

Day 5: Dong Van – Quan Ba gate – Hanoi (B, L & D)

5.30: Go to the local market at Dong Van town for visiting.

7.00: Will have breakfast at the hotel or local restaurant. Then check out and return to Hanoi.

12.00: Will arrival in Ha Giang city for lunchtime and relax.

13.30: We depart to Hanoi from Ha Giang city

19.00: We will arrive at your hotel in Hanoi. End of tour!
